PR for Cracker Dog!!! Last year, she did the 3.2 mile race (yeah, supposed to be 3.1) in 36:32; this year, 34:04!!! Woohoo for Cracker Dog! She hasn't even been training... :)
We saw my friend Dallas from TTR, his daughter Brena, and their dog Greta (aka Cookie - the secret dog code name - whoops, you weren't supposed to know that!) We got to run with them and Cracker kept up with that big dog (a very cute Weimerdoodle)!

She got pretty overheated getting that PR. Afterwards, she not only drank a lot of water, but she got in the bowl and eventually laid down in it!!! What a funny dog. Cooled her right off...
She also did the fashion show after the race. She was sporting a pink (imagine that!) camouflage rain jacket and I was dressed in my usual pink attire with a pink camouflage bandana!
We had a great time. Cracker just loves to run. I do, too!
We were given two hands to hold, two legs to walk, two eyes to see, and two ears to listen. But why only one heart? Because the other was given to someone else. For us to find.
